Using the online store

Users of the 2nd Face Tattoo online store can order online tickets representing deposits for tattoo services, the purchase being subject to these terms and conditions.

The booking is guaranteed for appointments arranged in advance by phone or online via Facebook, email, or WhatsApp. If the user does not show up at the 2nd Face Tattoo studio, located at B-dul I.C. Brătianu no. 29–33, Sector 3, inside the COCOR store, basement level, on the agreed day and time, the paid deposit is lost and cannot be used for a later appointment.

Users can also order cosmetic products intended for tattoo care or maintenance. Returning products that, according to current Romanian legislation, are exempt from return for health protection or hygiene reasons is not possible.

In case of booking cancellation, the total booking price, represented by the deposit paid for the appointment, will be retained.

2nd Face Tattoo reserves the right to modify this document at any time without prior notice.

By using the online store, the user expresses consent and expressly agrees to comply with all provisions of this document.

The media content and software on the site are the property of 2nd Face Tattoo and are protected by Romanian and international copyright laws. Copying, modifying, or fraudulent downloading may incur legal liability.

Steps required for purchase

1. Choosing the type of deposit for tattoo services: 100 lei, 200 lei, 300 lei, or 400 lei.
2. Choosing a cosmetic product from the list of products intended for tattoo care and maintenance, where applicable.
3. Filling in mandatory personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the name of the person for whom the booking was made.
4. The email address must be valid and personal, as payment confirmation and/or product delivery information will be sent to it.
5. For cosmetic product orders, the delivery address must also be completed. The delivery cost is fully borne by the end user.
6. Checking the order summary, accepting the terms and conditions, and submitting the order.
7. Secure payment through the payment processor available on the site.
8. Check Inbox and Spam/Junk folders to confirm the purchase and deposit payment.

Transfer to third parties is prohibited

The buyer is not permitted to sell or transfer to a third party the ticket representing the deposit for tattoo services, for the purpose of obtaining material advantages or for promotional purposes.

Conditions of purchase and use

• The voucher is non-refundable after purchase, regardless of whether it has been used or not.
• The value of the voucher cannot be refunded in cash, bank transfer, or any other form of payment.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, even if it is not fully used.
• Vouchers purchased during special promotions cannot be returned or cancelled.
• In case of loss, theft, or damage, the voucher will not be reissued or refunded.
• The voucher is valid only during the period indicated on it. After expiry, the voucher can no longer be used, returned, or extended.
• Using the voucher implies acceptance of these conditions by the buyer.

Internal regulations

This document is supplemented by the Internal Regulations and access rules of 2nd Face Tattoo and may be modified without prior notice to the buyer.

The buyer understands that access to 2nd Face Tattoo may be restricted if the internal regulations requirements are not met.
