Conditions for tattoos
Tattoos are performed only on persons who have reached 18 years of age, with a valid identity document. The studio does not perform tattoos on persons under 18 years, even with parental or guardian consent.
The client communicates relevant information regarding their condition, treatments, allergies, dermatological conditions or other situations that may influence the procedure. Studio staff do not make medical diagnoses.
Conditions for piercing
The procedure is performed after evaluating anatomy, choosing the position, and selecting the appropriate jewellery. The studio may refuse a position if anatomy, area condition, or safety conditions do not permit the procedure.
For most piercings, the minimum age is 16 years with an identity document. Earlobe piercing can be performed on persons between 10 and 16 years only in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

Refusal or postponement of procedure
The studio may refuse or postpone the procedure when there are objective reasons regarding safety, legality, anatomy, hygiene, or the client’s capacity to give informed consent.
Reasons may include lack of identity document, inappropriate age, intoxication, substance use, aggressive behaviour, irritated or infected area, symptoms requiring medical evaluation, technical impossibility, or failure to comply with regulations.
Client obligations
The client provides truthful information, presents necessary documents, respects the appointment time, does not attend under the influence of alcohol or substances, and does not conceal relevant situations for the procedure.
The client approves the design, position, and size, respects hygiene and behaviour rules, follows aftercare recommendations, and contacts the studio if problems or questions arise.
Studio obligations
The studio provides clear information about the service, price, conditions, general risks, aftercare, and appointment.
Procedures are performed by designated personnel, respecting internal hygiene rules, professional conditions, and applicable legal limits.
Results and healing
Tattooing and piercing are procedures performed on the human body. Results and healing vary depending on anatomy, skin, individual reaction, lifestyle, exposure, and care.
Portfolio photos show real works but do not guarantee identical results. Colours, contrast, and healed appearance may vary.
Aftercare
The client receives aftercare recommendations. Following them is important for healing and reducing risks associated with contamination, friction, exposure, or trauma.
General instructions on the website do not replace individual recommendations or medical evaluation.
See the guide about piercing cleaning and Tattoo FAQ.
Gift vouchers
The voucher can be used for the services mentioned on it and within the validity period stated. According to current commercial policy, the voucher is valid for 3 months from issue unless another term is indicated.
